At Wilderado, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
For a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
